In order to achieve a successful project, INFRA-TECH manage its work in an integrated approach covering the following aspects:

We manage day to day supervision of contract deliverables and use of programme management tools during Construction Supervision.

Contractual Access Dates (AD), Key Dates (KD), Completion Dates (CD) set in the contract data are the key reference milestones during the planning stages of the work.

We utilize buffer management to predict programme performance, establishing a realistic critical path and subcritical paths that can be monitored accurately.

INFRA-TECH’s Earned Value Management Process is applied by to create value and efficiencies. The determination of earned value relies on the maintenance of comprehensive primary earned value management metrics, including:

· Budget at Completion (BAC)

· Actual Cost (AC)

· Estimate at Completion (EAC)

· Planned Value (PV)

· Earned Value (EV)

Our approach to the management of risk and opportunity is fundamental to the decision-making processes we adopt to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

We manage and communicate specific risks identified in the design phase, along with typical safety, health and wellbeing risks associated with construction.

INFRA-TECH subconsultants and collaborators are an integral  part of the combined project team.  INFRA-TECH conducts compliance checks that includes financial and operational performance, health and safety, equality and diversity, quality and environmental management and BIM capability

Our SharePoint platform, linked to the BIM models, is fundamental to our communication. Reports are accessible through Sharepoint platform. It provides live information to the entire integrated team giving a single version of the truth, reducing duplication and transactional waste

INFRA-TECH collaboratively manages scope changes  and associated commercial changes with the Contractors. This is exemplified by the proactive use of the Early Warning Notices as a means of alerting the Client to emerging issues driven either by technical, interface or commercial reasons.

INFRA-TECH forecasts project resource requirements on a quarterly basis and brings in new resources as required through our linked organizations and colleagues.

INFRA-TECH plans, processes and procedures are the governing document to establish the means to execute, monitor and control the design/Works. We have in place a robust system, based on ISO 9001 QMS.

INFRA-TECH participates in commissioning, system integration, and final acceptance. Reviewing the Contractor’s test procedures, verifying the conformity of the works (construction and deliveries) and their performance with the Design, recording and interpreting the results for acceptability and conclusively submitting a report on the results to the Public Authority.
