INFRA-TECH provides the client with full support throughout the entire project lifecycle:
I.E. feasibility studies and preliminary surveys, conceptual, early and detailed design, and supervision.

STATIONS
From Civil and Structural considerations, we apply in our process the following overall strategies to arrive at an efficient design from functional, aesthetic, economical, construction and programme perspectives:
- Achieve an optimum alignment design
- Arrive at a functionally efficient station type considering site constraints and the economy of construction
- Optimization of precast work and launching sequences
- Modular station elements to maximize repetition of construction
- Efficient structure arrangement to minimize the station footprint
- Maximize generation of additional space in the stations for commercial use

RAILWAYS
We provide cost-effective solutions that enable the operators a safe, reliable and robust operation delivering a high service quality to customers by using the following process:
- To identify the best rail system and routes to serve the demand
- To develop the alignments and track work designs
- To study the integration of the rail system with existing and future developments
- To determine the depot facilities and station infrastructures

Ridership
1. Year demand forecast
2. Daily demand
3. Peak hour demand
4. Origin-Destination matrix

Infrastructure
1. Speed limits
2. Track
3. Stops and stations
4. Distance between stops
5. Depot

Rolling Stock
1. Model
2. Composition (length)
3. Power
4. Capacity
CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL
INFRA-TECH adopts a structured approach to ensuring value for money throughout the project by regularly reassessing the project with respect to Value, Opportunity and Risk. The following approach to the construction risk and safety covers the following objectives:
- To identify key constraints
- To identify the possible hazard at the location
- To identify the possible construction method & resources
- To implement safety measures

WATER FACILITIES AND BUILDING SERVICES
Utilizing building layout drawings as a base, INFRA-TECH Combined Service Drawings, demonstrate feasible and co-ordinated routes for all principal cables and ducts and identifying key penetrations, fixings and lifting/pulling devices required for fixing/positioning plant. Equipment delivery, maintenance and replacement routing are also checked.
